About the artist
Kristen Hannah is an artist, writer, and filmmaker based in the New York metropolitan area. With a background in communication media studies and film production (Cornell University, 2024), her primary goal is to research and create opportunities for minority representation in film. With a focus on culturally-rooted coming-of-age stories, Kristen Hannah is dedicated to authentic, inclusive representations of the human condition.

Kristen has experience in promotional, business/training, and event video production. She is also a writer-director, producer, and cinematographer for narrative and documentary films. Her videos and films can be found on her YouTube or Vimeo pages.Scripts available upon request.

Social Media & Creative Direction
Kristen has experience in photography, creative direction, and social media management for non-profit and small business organizations. She has done marketing, creative development, and media production work for Evangel Church (NJ), Supplies for Success, and various Cornell University departments and student organizations.
Art & Design
Kristen is a technically certified designer (Union County Vocational Technical School, 2020). She enjoys collages, installations, and portraiture. She has been Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop certified and is proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and the Adobe CC suite. Her graphic design work has been used by Evangel Church (NJ), Cru Cornell, and Supplies for Success.
